#1 – You need to have fun first!
My wife said the best days at work were when the boss was happy – happy boss comes from happy patients – happy patients come from a patient that is – comfortable, educated, treated very well – patients are observant of the environment and staff….they like new – don’t you?
#2 – The so called latest technology is not so new
Many of the products we call the latest technology are well proven to improve dentistry and your bottom line. Find yourself a rep you can trust to see which of these ‘new’ technologies will be the best fit for your practice.
#3 – Teamwork is essential to having a fun environment
You spent a lot of money getting educated – so did your staff! Let them be the best they can be by helping educate them on new technology and techniques that you want to incorporate. Don’t be the quarterback that keeps the entire playbook to themselves until you are on the field and expect the team to know all the plays!
#4 – Cash Flow is part of the fun
Improving your bottom line with teamwork and technology allows better cash flow which allows better pay for your team – which helps everyone to enjoy coming to work – and it goes around and around….
